Head of Laboratory Services & Quality Assurance

This position involves directing the lab’s goals and policies, maintaining quality standards, and updating procedures as necessary. Candidates should have an Associate's degree, with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant laboratory experience.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and flexibility in their work approach. Certification as a Medical Technologist in New Mexico is required.
