Head of Knowledge & Content for AI Care

Heidi Health is seeking a hands-on Content Lead to own the Help Center end-to-end, ensuring accurate, scalable content as the product evolves. You will write, structure, and maintain documentation that supports AI-assisted tools and human agents.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Support to pre-ship content for releases, and drive multilingual consistency across channels. This role blends leadership with hands-on writing.
