Head of IT Service & Operations

BKF Engineers seeks a Director of IT Service & Operations to lead IT service delivery across the organization and to build a cloud-first, data-driven IT function focused on reliability, security, and employee productivity.

You will oversee the Service Desk, manage IT assets and procurement, and partner with Finance, HR, and Facilities to drive operational excellence and measurable improvements across a geographically distributed workforce.
