Head of Internal Audit & SOX Transformation

Fervo Energy seeks a Director, Internal Audit to design and build the internal audit function from the ground up, guiding the SOX program, risk universe, and independent assurance across financial reporting, IT, OT, and regulatory compliance.

You will partner with the Head of Compliance & Regulatory Programs, the CFO, external auditors, and the Audit Committee to ensure a robust control environment, coordinate co-source providers, and drive ongoing improvement and timely reporting.
