Central State Community Services Oklahoma, Inc. in Tulsa, OK, seeks a Director of Human Resources to lead the Executive HR team. This exempt, senior role oversees all corporate personnel activities, staff supervision, and HR operations across programs.

You will supervise at least two HR professionals, manage recruitment, training, payroll accuracy, audits, and compliance with OSHA and EEOC requirements. A four-year degree in HR and proven leadership are required.
