- Responsible for achieving targets of entire activities of HR, IR, Administration & EHS of Plant
- Optimum utilization of the Human Resources in the Manufacturing Operations and to act as a Custodian of compliances to Factory & Labour Regulations for the plant
- To act as catalytic agent in developing Work Culture within the Plant
- To ensure Compliance of all Statutory requirements under various Labour Laws
