Head of Hedge Accounting & Managed Services

Ripple is seeking a seasoned Head of Managed Services in New York to lead the Hedge Accounting practice, overseeing delivery, performance, and growth across FX and Interest Rate risk management. You will manage the Derivative Accountants and ensure rigorous standards, staffing, and KPI execution.

You will forecast capacity, make staffing calls, and resolve escalations while shaping the practice’s strategy and technical positions. This role requires deep hedge accounting fluency and leadership.
