Head of Growth

Onsite Full Time Marketing & Media

EBAS is partnering with an AI infrastructure company building the tools other AI companies run on, one that hit eight figures in ARR in year one and doubled it in year two, to find a Head of Growth Marketing ready to build the machine behind their next stage of growth.

Why You Will Be Excited About This Role

  • This isn't a strategy seat; you'll own the number, week in and week out, across every channel that drives signups.
  • You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with a founder who owns the big bets, while you own turning that strategy into a growth engine that actually performs.
  • Scope here is loosely defined on purpose — if you want to build something without waiting for someone to hand you a lane, this is it.
  • You'll get a direct line to the founder, real autonomy to make calls, and zero patience for committees.

Why You Will Like Working Here

  • A small team punching way above its weight — everyone owns a real piece of the product and company, no hiding behind headcount.
  • Developers already love this thing, 147,000+ GitHub stars, all earned organically. You're not building demand from scratch; you're pouring gas on a fire that's already lit.
  • Perks that actually mean something: full health coverage, 12 weeks paid parental leave, a monthly wellness stipend, a real L&D budget, and a paid three-month sabbatical after four years.
  • A "clarity first, execution always" culture — no reward for busywork, only for moving the number.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Running weekly signup pacing like it's your own scoreboard, across SEO/GEO, content, partnerships, brand, and new agent-first channels.
  • Building a signup mix that compounds over time, not one that spikes and disappears.
  • Running the whole cross-channel operation — planning, prioritizing, and managing the humans behind content, PMM, partnerships, and distribution.
  • Diagnosing misses fast in weekly reviews and shipping fixes before they become quarter-long problems.
  • Teaming up with product and engineering to unblock activation and onboarding growth levers that live outside marketing's four walls.

What Type of Person Will Be Successful

  • You've run growth for a developer-facing product before and know exactly how devs discover, evaluate, and adopt tools — you're not learning this audience for the first time.
  • You're a true operator who's owned a number, not someone who's only sat in on growth conversations.
  • You know when a channel needs a fix and when it needs to be killed — and you make that call yourself.
  • You're comfortable with looser structure and figuring out ownership as you go, not waiting for a fully scoped role.
