You orchestrate all operational layers of Growth OS. You manage how seven modules interlock, capacity planning across client portfolios, and global delivery quality. You are the bridge between strategy and execution — the leader who identifies cross-module bottlenecks, directs resource flow, and turns the system's compounding promise into operational reality.

What you'll operate:

• Cross-module orchestration: ensuring all seven Growth OS modules operate as one coherent system
• Capacity planning across client portfolios — resource allocation, utilisation, and scaling
• Global delivery quality management across New York, London, and Istanbul hubs
• Operational bottleneck identification and resolution at the system level

What the system requires:

• 10+ years in operations, growth, or agency leadership with multi-market experience
• Proven track record of scaling operational systems across multiple teams and geographies
• Deep understanding of digital marketing operations, resource planning, and delivery frameworks
• You think in systems, not silos. You've built the machine, not just managed the parts.
