  • Develop and execute an aggressive but sustainable U.S. revenue growth strategy.
  • Build a robust pipeline of enterprise, fintech, technology, platform, and institutional customers.
  • Drive adoption of Chimoney's APIs, payment infrastructure, wallets, payout capabilities, and other applicable products.
  • Develop strategies to increase transaction volumes, recurring revenue, customer lifetime value, and profitability.
  • Identify new revenue streams and commercial models.
  • Develop appropriate pricing and commercial strategies in collaboration with Group leadership.
  • Establish and manage the U.S. sales and business development pipeline.

  • Target fintechs, marketplaces, technology companies, platforms, communities, AI companies, global employers, and other high-potential customer segments.
  • Develop solutions and commercial propositions tailored to enterprise customer needs.

  • Identify partnership opportunities that expand Chimoney's distribution, payment rails, customer base, and market reach.
  • Negotiate commercial and strategic partnership agreements in collaboration with relevant Group functions.
  • Develop a strong U.S. partner ecosystem around Chimoney's payment infrastructure.

Chimoney currently positions technology, channel, and integration partnerships as important routes to market, including API integrations, white-label solutions, revenue-share arrangements, and ecosystem partnerships.

5. Market Expansion

  • Identify high-potential U.S. customer segments and industry verticals.
  • Develop market-entry and market-development strategies for priority segments.
  • Monitor competitor activity, customer trends, payment technology developments, and market dynamics.

8. Financial & Business Performance

  • Own the commercial performance of the U.S. business.
