Head of Growth Marketing

Experienced marketers will find a remote, full-time Head of Growth Marketing opportunity responsible for owning the entire marketing funnel, managing campaigns, and implementing AI-native tools to drive growth and efficiency. Key responsibilities Oversee full-funnel growth for the commercial platform, managing the campaign roadmap and program budget Set the strategy for paid media, including channel mix, targeting, and efficiency metrics aligned with company goals Evaluate and implement AI-native marketing tools while optimizing lifecycle marketing and marketing operations Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in growth or demand generation leadership Proven experience managing a significant program budget and demonstrating effective allocation and returns Hands-on experience with ad platforms, automation tools, and data analytics Experience introducing AI tools to marketing teams and assessing their effectiveness Familiarity with marketing to technical buyers, particularly in platform engineering or infrastructure
