Help Scout is seeking a Head of Product, Growth & Monetization to own the growth roadmap, pricing framework, and cross-team experiments. You’ll partner with Design and Engineering to sharpen the core funnel from signup to paid expansion, and drive monetization across the portfolio.
You’ll lead a PM team, design outcome-based pricing, and build playbooks to scale growth, while staying hands-on with experiments and AI-enabled research. This role is fully remote for US-based applicants.
