Head of Global Field Operations

Observable Space is seeking a Director of Field Operations to oversee installations and support across our global customer base. This leadership role involves developing teams and processes to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in managing field operations, a solid understanding of service models, and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities include workforce planning, quality control, and financial performance while collaborating with various teams. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Operations is preferred.
