Head of Fulfillment Ops & P&L Leadership

ShipMonk in Pittston, PA is seeking an Assistant General Manager, Fulfillment Center Operations to oversee daily site performance and lead 40+ associates. You’ll own P&L, drive KPIs, and shape supervisory layers to keep the floor moving.

This high-accountability role reports to site leadership and requires strong cross-functional collaboration with ops, CS, and sales. You’ll implement process improvements, manage budgets, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time fulfillment.
