Head of Finance Transformation

• Partner directly with the CFO to reimagine the finance operating model
• Establish and drive a multi-year roadmap for finance transformation
• Stand up and lead transformation management
• Define value-realization metrics to measure and communicate transformation impact
• Coordinate a cross-functional network to drive transformation execution
• Cultivate strong partnerships across IT, finance leadership, and business lines
• Develop training and upskilling programs to build AI and analytics fluency
• Communicate a compelling vision for transformation to various audiences

Requirements

• 12-15 years of progressive experience in finance
• 5+ years in senior leadership positions in finance
• Proven track record leading large-scale finance transformation initiatives
• Experience redesigning finance operating models
• Experience building and leading multidisciplinary teams
• Strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Direct experience implementing AI or intelligent automation (preferred)
• Prior experience establishing a Transformation Management Office (preferable)
