Leading the financial operations of a high-growth vertical SaaS company, the full-time remote Head of Finance will manage the order-to-cash cycle, oversee financial modeling and reporting, and partner closely with the CEO on strategic financial initiatives. Key responsibilities Own the full order-to-cash cycle, including invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition Prepare monthly KPI reporting and quarterly board materials while maintaining GAAP compliance Manage commission calculations and collaborate with Sales leadership on compensation plans Required qualifications 7-12+ years of experience in finance operations and FP&A, preferably in a venture-backed SaaS company under $50M ARR Proven experience in billing, forecasting, and board-level reporting Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Experience implementing finance systems and automation Comfortable operating both tactically and strategically
