Head of Finance, Maximo — Growth & Capital Strategy

AES Corporation, parent of Maximo, seeks a Head of Finance to lead strategic and tactical financial operations for the Maximo venture. You will oversee capital planning, FP&A, and fundraising coordination with AES treasury, accounting, tax, and legal teams.

The role is hands-on with modeling, forecasting, and reporting to drive growth and value creation. You will collaborate with senior leadership to establish targets and scalable finance processes across the organization.
