Head of Finance, Insurance Carrier (Gibraltar)

Zego Insurance Limited (ZIL) is seeking a Head of Finance to oversee the financial health, accuracy, and regulatory compliance of its Gibraltar carrier operations. This hands‑on role manages a lean finance function, partners with actuarial and pricing teams, and ensures robust controls in a fast‑paced, AI‑enabled environment.

You will lead end‑to‑end accounting, statutory reporting, and regulatory submissions, while driving capital management and reporting to the Group and Board.
