Head of Finance & Revenue Operations — Startup Scale

Orchard is hiring its first Director of Finance & Revenue Operations in San Francisco to own finance operations, revenue operations, AR/AP, forecasting, and modeling. You will integrate contracts, CRM, billing, expenses, headcount, and operating plan into a single source of truth, partnering with VP of Sales, external CPAs, and department heads.

This role blends day-to-day finance execution with strategic planning, building models, invoicing, and systems improvement.
