Head of Finance and Accounting

I am currently partnering with an organization seeking a Head of Finance & Accounting to lead financial strategy, accounting operations, reporting, compliance, and long-term business planning.

This is a highly visible leadership position that serves as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team while overseeing the organization's financial health and growth initiatives.

Hybrid location: Stafford, VA (2 days a week)

Salary: $150,000-$200,000 annually

Preferred qualifications:

• 8+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
• Senior finance leadership experience
• Strong GAAP and financial reporting expertise
• CPA preferred
• Experience managing full-cycle accounting and financial operations
• Experience working with global teams
• Hebrew language skills are a plus
