Head of Field Marketing & Loyalty Program

Lucky Lincoln Gaming LLC is seeking a hands-on Marketing lead to run all marketing for our Illinois venues. You will be the quarterback, planning, executing, and coordinating with regional teams to grow traffic, loyalty, and market share.

You will own campaigns across digital, direct mail, loyalty programs, and a site rebuild to attract younger players as we enter Chicago and expand to new markets. This role demands strategic thinking and field presence.
