Head of Family Experience & Retention

Alpha is hiring for a Director of Member Relations to be the visible parent-and-guide leader of a campus. You will greet families, align with guides on sensitive student situations, and host evening community events while maintaining Alpha's standards.

Your role includes owning relationships with families, leading difficult conversations, and shaping retention, referrals, and community trust as campuses grow. This is a full-time, on-site position in California with benefits.
