Head of Projects (Facilities & MEP Projects) - Houston, TX

I'm partnering with a leading global provider of integrated facilities and project management services to appoint a Head of Projects for their South Texas business.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a well established Projects team responsible for delivering a diverse portfolio of capital projects, tenant improvements, renovations, MEP infrastructure upgrades and asset replacement programmes across a multi-client portfolio.
This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for project delivery, team development, client relationships and commercial performance, offering the opportunity to play a key role in growing the regional Projects business.
The Role
- Lead and develop a team of Project Managers across the South Texas region.
- Oversee the successful delivery of multiple concurrent capital projects from planning through commissioning and closeout.
- Manage project performance, budgets, procurement, contractor relationships and commercial outcomes.
- Drive operational excellence while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, identifying opportunities to grow the Projects business.
What We're Looking For
- Leadership experience within facilities, construction or capital projects.
- Strong background delivering MEP, facilities, infrastructure, tenant improvement and renovation projects.
- Experience managing multiple projects across a regional or multi-site portfolio.
- Commercially minded with exposure to budgeting, forecasting and financial performance.
- Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders and deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- General Contractor or Owner's Representative experience is highly desirable.
