Head of F&B & Membership Operations

The Director of Operations at Gravity Haus Breckenridge leads strategic and operational excellence across Food & Beverage and Membership, overseeing a senior team including the Executive Chef and F&B Managers. This role drives financial performance, guest and member experience, and revenue growth.

You will partner with Marketing and Hotel leadership to ensure high standards, cross‑department collaboration, and scalable programs across dining, co‑working, fitness, and member amenities.
