Head of Epitaxy & TPV Development

Antora Energy seeks a high-initiative leader with deep III-V epitaxy expertise to drive the TPV program end-to-end. You will design epitaxy campaigns, manage external suppliers, negotiate timelines and costs, and coordinate with device fabrication to optimize performance and learning speed.

This role reports to Antora’s Head of Heat-to-Power and requires strong soft skills to manage suppliers, define experiments, and advance cost-effective strategies for scaling epitaxy operations.
