Head of Enterprise Risk & Insurance Strategy

Jobtailor is seeking a senior risk leader to oversee the organization’s risk management function in Dallas, TX. You will provide strategic guidance on risk exposure and design frameworks to monitor and mitigate risk across the company.

You will direct the insurance program strategy for a multi-company, largely self-insured structure, manage brokers and carriers, and lead a team delivering enterprise-wide risk initiatives and reporting.
