Stord is building its enterprise learning function from the ground up. This Director of Learning & Development will design an enterprise onboarding program, establish scalable training tracks, and implement governance to drive time-to-productivity and retention across acquisitions.
The role partners with department leaders to create content, build a capable training team, and measure impact using data and AI tools to accelerate content creation and delivery. This position is based in Atlanta, GA.
