Head of Enterprise FP&A

Seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A, this full-time remote position will manage the company-wide planning processes, including AOP and Long-Range Planning, while mentoring one direct report and driving cross-functional alignment across finance and operational teams. Key responsibilities Own the full planning cycle from AOP to reforecasts and LRP, ensuring project discipline and executive-ready outputs Establish planning frameworks and milestones by pulling inputs from various functions and pressure-testing them Develop a single source of truth for financial definitions and KPIs, enhancing global consolidation and enterprise reporting Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning, preferably in a high-growth environment Proven track record of managing AOP and multi-year planning cycles from kickoff to executive readout Advanced financial modeling skills and experience in improving consolidation and reporting systems Ability to align competing priorities and drive accountability across teams and levels Clear and confident communication skills to influence stakeholders effectively
