What You’ll Do

• Lead a high‑performing team of engineers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation.
• Grow the team from 10 to 30 members quickly.
• Oversee and create the timeline of both the development and testing phases to meet commercial commitments.
• Coordinate the integration of hardware, electrical, and software elements, fostering effective collaboration between multidisciplinary teams.
• Implement agile working practices within the team to enhance productivity and collaboration, ideally using Scrum sprints and epics.
• Balance big‑picture thinking with hands‑on execution, driving projects from conception to scale.
• Groom existing partnerships and create collaboration with suppliers to streamline development.Present technological developments to customers and inventors.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, fostering a culture of self‑learning and professional growth within the team.

What We’re Looking For

• Led development from concept in an electric vehicle company.
• Demonstrated experience in agile project management.
• Ability to move between strategy and hands‑on engineering.
• Experience leading small engineering teams and delivering complex technical projects end‑to‑end.
• Exceptional emotional intelligence with strong team‑management skills.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
