Streamlining government housing approvals through AI and software
In your first year, you will lead the engineering team to build and scale AI-driven solutions that expedite housing approvals for cities, reducing delays from months to weeks. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, architect robust systems using React, NodeJS, and AWS, and ensure seamless integration with government databases. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving innovation and enhancing the efficiency of real estate development processes.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience of 7+ years in engineering leadership with a portfolio in real estate or government sectors
- Expertise with React, NodeJS, PostgreSQL, AWS, TypeScript, and Terraform
- Strong ability to architect complex systems and lead cross-functional teams
- Adept at optimizing software for government database integration
- Must be based in the United States.
