Head of Engineering, AI-Native Delivery

Cardiff is recruiting a senior engineering leader to run the in-house team, manage offshore developers, and own the delivery calendar. You’ll decide what to build, unblock the team, and partner with operations, underwriting, and marketing to ensure timely outputs.

You’ll drive AI-driven production agents, knowledge graph integration (Salesforce, Snowflake), and a modern platform that ships monthly with strong security and uptime. A hands-on role that blends strategy with execution.
