Pinata is seeking a hands-on Head of Engineering to own the technical direction of our product engineering. You’ll lead from the front across front-end and backend teams, set architecture, unblock the team, and partner with Product and Design to turn fuzzy problems into simple, functional solutions that ship.
You will define how AI is integrated into development, testing, and code review, and drive AI-native product experiences that create real value for customers.
