Head of Engine Test & Validation Programs

Boom Technology, Inc. is seeking a high-impact engineering leader to own and build the test programs for the Superpower and Symphony programs.

You will shape instrumentation, procedures, acceptance criteria, and safety standards while growing the test organization to meet ambitious development goals. You will drive three back-to-back development campaigns, ensuring on-time delivery under schedule pressure with a focus on safety, quality, and customer readiness.
