Head of Energy Programs & Growth

Eli Technologies in the SF Bay Area is seeking Head of Programs to bridge the gap between traditional energy programs and a scalable, AI-native platform. You will own go-to-market, program management, and industry leadership across utilities, governments, and financing sponsors.

This executive role demands 10+ years in energy efficiency or electrification, ability to win RFPs, price programs, and lead a growing team. Expect a blended remote/hybrid schedule with occasional in-person collaboration.
