Leading the strategy and implementation of Employee Services across North America, the full-time Head of Employee Services will build and manage a high-performing team to support over 6,000 employees, focusing on operational excellence and employee experience in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Develop and govern the Employee Services operating model, ensuring exceptional service delivery and continuous improvement Establish service-level agreements, performance metrics, and operational controls to enhance employee lifecycle transactions and related services Collaborate with HR and business leaders to drive workforce planning, resource allocation, and service delivery performance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in HR operations or related service delivery environments Proven success in building and transforming HR service delivery organizations Experience leading large service delivery teams in complex, multi-site organizations Strong expertise in service governance, operational metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives
