Head of Employee Relations — Hybrid ER Leader

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks a seasoned Head of Employee Relations to lead ER strategy across the United States. The role focuses on risk mitigation, policy development, investigations, and collaboration with HR functions to deliver fair, compliant outcomes in a matrix organization.
