AsHeadofElectronicsEngineering,youleadtheteambuildingVax’snextgenerationoffloorcareandhomecleaningproducts,reportingdirectlyintoseniorleadership.
- Lead the electronics team across multiple products, owning cost, performance and schedule on complex programmes.
- Direct and review technical work across projects, teaching engineers what analysis actually matters.
- Coach and mentor engineers through risk assessment, risk management and clear technical communication.
- Build the next layer of technical leadership within the team, not just deliver product.
- Frame technical trade off discussions and represent electronics clearly up to VP and SVP level.
