Head of Digital Operations — Global IT & AI Infra (Equity)

Giga Energy is hiring a Head of Digital Operations to lead the technology services used by our global workforce. You will own workforce identity and access, employee devices, company-wide SaaS applications, collaboration tools, and vendor management, spending, and audit readiness.

This is a hands-on role leading a lean distributed team with one IT role in China and one in India, establishing clear ownership, service standards, and practical controls so employees and engineers can move quickly.
