Establish and lead Aduna's Demand Generation unit. Build a distributed team of 15 as Head of Function. Key Focus Areas: Own thought leadership, enablement, partner incentives, and lead management. Align Sales, Marketing, Product, and CSP stakeholders on one growth agenda. Balance demand with supply and run the Lighthouse program. Candidate Profile: 8+ years in demand gen or ecosystem leadership. Proven builder able to influence without authority.
