Head of Demand Gen & Growth Engine (Remote)

Decisions is hiring a Head of Demand Generation to build and scale the pipeline engine behind our growth. You will own integrated programs across digital, field, partner, and ABM, translating revenue goals into measurable campaigns.

Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you will lead a small team and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to improve conversion across the buying journey while leveraging data signals and enrichment to target enterprise buyers.
