Head of Data Science & AI for Crisis Lifeline

Vibrant Emotional Health seeks a Senior Director of Data Science & Machine Learning to lead the data science, ML, and AI function. Reporting to the AVP, Data, you will establish and guide capabilities for 988 Lifeline, H2H, Community Programs, and enterprise initiatives.

You will set strategy, govern models, and direct teams to deliver responsible AI, with HIPAA-related data compliance and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, analytics, and program leadership.
