Head of Data Operations

Leading the Data Operations organization, the full-time Head of Data Operations will oversee multiple functional areas including Mapping, Labeling, and Triage Operations, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality data critical for the Self Driving System, with options for remote work. Key responsibilities: Direct the Data Operations organization, encompassing Mapping, Labeling, Triage, and future operational teams Partner with stakeholders to define and refine data ontologies, operator policies, and specifications Optimize workflows to ensure the continuous delivery of high-quality data that meets complex customer needs Required qualifications: 10+ years of Operations Management or related experience in data-centric organizations Significant leadership experience with multi-disciplinary teams in data annotation or mapping operations Expertise in managing globally distributed workforce vendors and BPO strategies Proven ability to architect and scale complex data-driven operational workflows Strong data analysis skills, with experience in organizational-level business metrics
