Head of Customer Experience - Remote & Scale CX

Parafin is seeking a Head of Customer Experience to own and scale the entire CX function. This full-time exempt leadership role is based onsite in San Francisco and reports to the executive team.

You will define the vision for supporting millions of small businesses across partner platforms, building the team, systems, and standards needed for white-labeled, high-quality support at scale. You will lead a growing CX organization and own end-to-end CX metrics.
