As Head of Corporate Engineering, you will be responsible for Enterprise engineering and operations globally. You will build and manage a highly technical enterprise engineering team, develop first‑principled strategies, and enable strong enterprise security. Key responsibilities include engineering, securing and optimizing cloud infrastructure, Identity and Access Management, Endpoints, Collaboration tools, and ensuring compliance with SOX, PCI DSS, and FedRAMP.
The Head of Corporate Engineering reports directly to the Vice President, Infrastructure and Operations .
Responsibilities
- Securing the Enterprise: Work closely with Enterprise Security to harden and secure cloud environments, secret management, collaboration tools, endpoints, SaaS environments, IAM tools, and more. Success is measured by continuous improvement of our enterprise security hardening standards.
- Building and Scaling our Cloud Infrastructure: Establish and implement enterprise cloud infrastructure, including Infrastructure Provisioning, SRE services, 24/7 on‑call support, Infra as Code, observability, and more. Manage cloud budgets, vendor relationships, and cost‑optimization initiatives. Success is measured by increased developer velocity while securing and scaling the cloud infrastructure.
- Engineering Tooling: Partner with R&D teams to establish policies, configurations, run‑books, SLAs, hardening, scalability, and availability of engineering tools like GitHub, Jira, and Atlassian.
- Endpoint Engineering: Enable extreme automation for endpoint management with zero‑touch deployment, observability, provisioning/de‑provisioning, and standards/SLA enforcement. Enforce security policies and ensure compliance across all endpoints and mobile devices. Success is measured by end‑user satisfaction and reduction of manual touch.
- Collaboration Management: Provide world‑class tools to employees for productivity and collaboration, managing internal workplace products such as Gmail, Slack, Atlassian, Moveworks, Glean, and more. Success is measured by user satisfaction.
- Identity & Access Management: Lead the IAM team in implementation, access standards enforcement, SLA management, and compliance with FedRAMP, IL5, PCI, and other standards. Manage both internal and external identity providers. Success is measured by compliance, governance, and availability.

Qualifications
- 10+ years managing Cloud infrastructure at large enterprises, with extensive AWS experience; GCP and Azure experience is a plus.
- Deep understanding of Cloud native technologies and hands‑on experience troubleshooting production issues.
- Experience managing DevOps/SRE practices, OKRs, Agile development, Infra‑as‑code, SRE, and DORA KPIs.
- In‑depth knowledge of collaboration tools (Gmail, Slack, etc.) and the ability to integrate and optimize them.
- Led a remote, distributed team of senior professionals with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative style that partners with cross‑functional teams to solve complex problems and deliver quality outcomes.
- Mentorship and guidance to ensure team members grow their skills and knowledge.
Pay Range Transparency

The pay range for this role is listed below and represents the expected salary range for non‑commissionable roles or on‑target earnings for commissionable roles. Compensations are based on factors unique to each candidate, including job‑related skills, experience, certifications, and location.
Zone 1 Pay Range
$248,400—$347,775 USD
