Aria InsurTech | Miramar, FL (On-Site Required)
Who We Are
Aria InsurTech is a technology company. We build the platform that independent mortgage protection agents run their entire business on: lead generation, direct mail campaigns, back office software, and training, all in one place.
Aria came out of the field. Before it was a platform, its founders were running a high-performing mortgage protection agency and kept hitting the ceiling of the tools that existed. They built a $1 million per month agency in 12 months with only 56 writers at 87% persistency, then closed it on purpose to build the infrastructure they wished they’d had. That infrastructure is Aria.
We are carrier-agnostic. We are not an IMO, and we do not take overrides on agent production. We are not a lead vendor that disappears after the sale. We are the full stack a serious independent agent needs to grow, in one place, with no carrier ties and no downstream obligations.
Today more than 4,000 independent agents build on the platform. We are a 20 person company with real revenue, real momentum, and a product that works. We move fast, we are still early, and the next chapter of growth runs through content. This role exists to own it.
Why This Role Exists Now
Aria’s founder has spent years building a personal brand that independent insurance agents already follow and trust. More than 150,000 people follow her on Instagram, and more than 300,000 follow her across all platforms. That audience is already built, it is engaged, and right now no one owns turning it into a real content engine.
There is a studio on site. There is a podcast ready to be relaunched and a YouTube channel that has barely been tapped. And there is the Aria brand itself, which needs content to feed the affiliate flywheel and bring new agents onto the platform.
None of it is moving at the speed it should, because no one owns it full time. This role fixes that.
This is a ground-floor seat at a small company with real revenue and real momentum. You are not walking into a big machine to run one small piece of it. You are building the content operation from the studio out, and you are doing it in front of an audience of more than 300,000 people who are already there. Most content people spend years trying to build an audience before their work is even seen. Here, the audience is already in the room on day one.
You take the founder’s knowledge, experience, and story and turn it into a steady, high-quality content operation across both her personal brand and Aria. You will be on site in Miramar, in a real studio, with real production gear already in place. You are not building from nothing. You are building from a foundation that is ready to scale.
The Role
You own the content operation for both the founder’s personal brand and Aria InsurTech as a company brand. Strategy, production, editing, publishing, and team management all sit with you. You are not a social media manager who posts what someone else made. You build the system, run the shoots, edit the content, and manage the people around you so output stays consistent every single week.
You report directly to the founder. You work on site in Miramar five days a week. This is not a remote role. The studio, the shoots, and the team coordination all need you there in person.
Responsibilities
Content Strategy
Own the content calendar for both brands, deciding what gets posted, on which platform, how often, and why.
Distinguish between content that builds an audience and content that turns that audience into action.
For the personal brand: position the founder as the authority in mortgage protection and grow her reach into broader business and leadership content.
For Aria: create content that attracts the right agents, feeds the affiliate flywheel, and builds trust with the mortgage protection community.
Deliver a quarterly plan with platform-specific strategy for YouTube, the podcast, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, and execute it.
Podcast Production
Own the full podcast relaunch, including format design, episode production, and distribution.
Manage all aspects of pre-production, booking, recording, editing, and publishing.
Create a workflow that repurposes each episode across multiple platforms.
Run the production calendar to ensure planning, preparedness, and smooth execution.
YouTube and Long Form Video
Develop and run YouTube strategy for both the founder’s and Aria’s channels.
Build content around relevant search topics for agents and insurance professionals.
Oversee filming, editing, thumbnails, titles, and publishing.
Build a training library for Aria to support agent onboarding and the affiliate program.
Short Form Content
Create systems to produce short form content from every long form piece.
Steadily output clips, reels, and posts without requiring additional shoots beyond the core long form sessions.
In-Studio Production
Manage the studio, including shoots, lighting, audio, and production quality.
Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, and handle all in-studio setup.
Direct both talent in front of the camera and operations behind it.
Team Management
Supervise the content team, currently consisting of an editor and designer.
Assign work, set deadlines, review deliverables, and uphold quality standards.
Support team growth by helping hire, onboard, and define standards as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience building and managing a content operation, including vision, calendar ownership, and output accountability.
Hands-on video production expertise: run shoots, operate cameras, manage audio, and edit footage to a professional standard.
Portfolio of edited long form video, including YouTube, podcast episodes, or training content.
Understanding of platform-specific content strategies for personal and company brands, with examples from prior work.
Experience managing at least one direct report, providing creative feedback, and ensuring deadlines and quality.
Self-starter who sets and executes plans independently, proactively flagging issues as they arise.
