Head of Consumer Lending & Growth

Tower Federal Credit Union is seeking a Vice President, Consumer Lending to lead the Consumer Lending Department, including Central Underwriting, Processing and Funding, Electronic Lending, and Indirect Lending. The role drives growth, oversees compliance, and manages relationships with key vendors and partners.

The VP will guide underwriting guidelines, policy updates, and the development of new loan products, ensuring secure, compliant operations across channels and delivering strong member
