Head of Consumer Experience & Dining Programs

Phoenix3 Collective is seeking a Director of Consumer Experience to own every consumer touchpoint across Restaura, Culinour, and Infuse. You will translate culinary philosophy into consumer programs, from concept through field activation, working closely with chefs, operators, and marketing.

This builder role requires multi-site activation, journey mapping, and a measurable approach to participation, traffic, and satisfaction.
