Head of Conservancy Operations & Facilities

Emerald Necklace Conservancy seeks a hands-on Director of Conservancy Operations to lead day-to-day administrative and operational functions, including facilities, finance administration, HR coordination, vendor and contract management.

Reporting to the President, the Director supervises the Finance Manager and coordinates with outsourced controller and HR consultant to ensure strong internal systems, documentation, and risk controls for the Conservancy's offices and properties.
