Head of Compliance Strategy & Risk Operations

Relay seeks a Director of Compliance to own the company’s compliance strategy and operations across AML, sanctions, KYB/CDD, and regulatory change. You will lead investigations, partner with our sponsor bank, and design an evidence-driven monitoring engine that scales with product velocity.

You will drive risk-aware decision making, harness AI tools to automate processes, and build a high-performing team committed to maintaining regulatory excellence as Relay expands offerings and markets.
