Purple is hiring a Director of Community Growth & Monetization to turn a large short-term rental community into a powerful lead-generation and revenue engine.

You will own the strategy to grow the audience, generate thousands of new leads each month, engage and nurture those leads, monetize the community, and drive buyers and sellers for the company—collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and strategic partners from a remote LATAM setup.
